Victorious Festival
Portsmouth
A fun filled packed weekend. Our new pitch location proved to be a huge success this year with us managing to raise £830.20
We are delighted and honoured that the Mayor of Fareham, Councillor Geoff Fazackarley, has selected Sam's Haven as one of his two chosen charities for this year. We hope that you will be able to find some time to attend one of the Mayors tea parties or one of his planned events and thereby help to contribute to the two chosen charities.
The Trustees of Sam's Haven extend their thanks and gratitude to the Mayor of Fareham for his support.
Wessex Holiday Scheme
A massive thank you to the Wessex Holiday Scheme of the R.A.O.B Club Gosport and District branch for their donation of £1,000.
17 --18 June 2017
The two days were very quiet this year and for some reason the show was poorly attended compared to previous years.
We only managed to raise £135.22 but we are very grateful none the less to those that supported us over the two days.
17 JUNE 2017
Portchester Gala
Awaiting photos and details of this event
3 June 2017
HMS COLLINGWOOD
Open day
09.30 to 1700
This was a very good day, full of excitement and attractions to satisfy the whole family.
The event attracted over 6,000 visitors and we managed to raise £135.22 at our stall on the day.
However, the exciting news is that we have since received an invitation from the Commanding Officer of HMS Collingwood, Captain Andy Jordan RN, to attend the wardroom at the end of June for a cheque presentation ceremony. We have been informed that Sam's Haven has been selected to receive some of the funds raised during the open day. This is a big surprise to us and we are very much looking forward to the event.
Mayor of Fareham Event

The Mayor's two chosen charities, The Moving on Poject and Sam's Haven, were introduced and formally accepted. This is very exciting for Sam's Haven and we are extremely gratefull to the Mayor for choosing us.
